Abstract
This collection comprises articles written in honor of Professor Dr. Saeed Habiba, presented as a tribute to his remarkable scientific and educational contributions. Professor Dr. Saeed Habiba is one of Iran's most distinguished legal scholars, dedicating his life to the advancement of legal science, particularly in the field of intellectual property law. As one of the pioneers of this discipline in Iran, he has not only provided valuable scientific resources in this emerging area of law but also trained esteemed professors, lawyers, and judges through his academic and research endeavors. In recognition of his extraordinary efforts, a group of Professor Habiba's colleagues, former students, and fellow academics deemed it necessary to express their gratitude in a tangible way. This collection of articles, therefore, serves as a gesture of appreciation, organized under the auspices of the Society for the Appreciation of Cultural Works and Dignitaries.
The articles gathered here focus exclusively on Professor Habiba's primary research area: intellectual property law. It is our hope that this volume pays tribute to his efforts and contributes, albeit modestly, to the field he has so passionately developed.
