The "Journal of Research and Development in Private Law" is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Iranian Law and Legal Research Institute. Established in 2024, the journal aims to reflect progress in law and report on key legal issues by publishing high-quality articles.

The journal's editorial board consists primarily of professors from leading Iranian universities, including Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Allameh, and Modares, as well as judges. These experts are renowned theoreticians and practitioners in various areas of Private Law, reflecting the journal's interdisciplinary focus.

The journal adheres to the guidelines set by the International Committee on Publication Ethics  (COPE).
